The Goal
First Nations people intelligence - We partnered with a major Australian university to conduct a specialised DE&I talent mapping and intelligence exercise, providing strategic insights to strengthen their pipeline and improve the inclusion of First Nations people across administrative, project management, and academic job families.
Our Approach
We conducted comprehensive talent mapping across administrative, academic, and project roles, building on a successful pilot and using publicly available data to ensure the ethical and culturally respectful identification of First Nations talent.
The Result
We delivered a comprehensive Talent Database of First Nations individuals, empowering the University with detailed insights and a crucial understanding of the current market landscape to inform future talent acquisition strategies.
