The Goal

Diversity labour market analysis - We partnered with a major mining client to develop industry-leading gender diversity intelligence, providing strategic insights into the external talent landscape, and advising on attraction, retention, and sourcing strategies to significantly boost their female representation.

Our Approach

We comprehensively analysed the external labour market, employing both top-down and bottom-up methodologies to identify and prioritise the most probable female talent pools. This involved profiling female talent across adjacent and lateral industries to understand key attraction and engagement drivers for top female talent.

The Result

We built a strategic pipeline of 7,000 high-probability female candidates across 33 key roles, using identified attraction levers to inform targeted EVPs. This intelligence empowered the client to proactively achieve gender diversity goals, strengthening their talent acquisition process and fostering a more inclusive workforce.
